Just a few of Casimer’s professional achievements from 2002 – 2008 point to the depth of experience and finesse that he has quickly gained and brings to the position of Executive Vice President at FGC. For example, as an Account Executive at Johnson Kendall & Johnson, Inc. from 2006-2008, (a risk management and insurance consulting firm,) Casimer brought close to $700k in new business to the firm with a 95% customer retention rate. Moreover, the majority of these relationships were mined as a result of referrals from financial advisors, estate planning attorneys and high end realtors. At JKJ Casimer also contributed to the development of Private Client Group protocol and service standards, and was responsible for the customization of personal insurance programs.

Preceding his work at JKJ, Casimer held a number of positions at Chubb Group of Insurance, beginning in 2002 as an Underwriting Trainee, quickly advancing to the position of Senior Underwriting Officer and Team Leader in 2003, and finally, Marketing Specialist, from 2005-2006. In this last role Casimer exceeded his growth targets at a 90% customer retention rate and was accountable for the profit and growth of 35 independent brokers with $40,000,000 in personal lines premium across the state of New Jersey.

Casimer received his B.S. Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2002. During a busy Summer, 2002, Casimer had the good fortune to study at the Universatie de Stendal-Grenoble, France. He also completed a course in the “Dynamics of Selling” conducted by the Selective Insurance Company. Additionally, he attended a Leadership Development Course hosted by Chubb Insurance Group in Canada.

Casimer is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health Insurance in multiple, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic state jurisdictions.
